The Company uses technical and organizational measures to protect the privacy of Users.
The Company ensures the protection of processed personal data with a level of security appropriate to the threats and categories of data. In particular, the Company protects data against unauthorized disclosure, theft, unauthorized processing, damage or destruction. The Company ensures control over what personal data is processed and to whom it can be transferred and keeps records of persons authorized to process data.
By registering on the Company’s website or placing an order, the User expressly consents to the processing of personal data. In other cases, the processing of personal data by the Company is permissible when it is required to exercise rights or fulfill obligations arising from the contract or to fulfill legally justified purposes realized by the Company.
The data provided by the User is used for the following purposes:
• proper performance by the Company of its obligations arising from concluded agreements (order fulfillment),
• proper performance of other necessary activities within the framework of the contract (accounting, contact with customers),
• fulfillment of legally justified purposes, i.e. pursuing claims arising from business activities.
Personal data and information contained in the form will be used by the Administrator to conclude, change, terminate the contract with the Client and ensure the highest quality of services provided. For this purpose, the Administrator processes the following data: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, NIP.
Providing data is voluntary. The Client has the right to modify, remove the processing restriction, object to the processing and transfer data.
The data will be used for the purposes of concluding the contract, complaints, termination of the contract, for the period of use of the Company by the Client. Data archiving lasts 1 year from the first order, taking into account the above-mentioned right to be forgotten, i.e. deletion of data. The Client submits a request to delete data by sending an e-mail message. The Administrator immediately deletes the data from the database.
At the User’s request, the Company provides information on their rights. This information can be provided in writing.
